Mavic Studio was founded in 2022 by a young and passionate team based in Leiden, with a strong focus on wedding photography. Our team consists of a lead photographer, several editors, and a group of freelancers. Driven by our shared love for travel, photography, and videography, we have developed our own distinctive style over the years: a blend of modern photography and videography with a fresh and vibrant twist. We have now captured more than 200 weddings. Our goal? To capture your day in the most powerful and unique way possible.
Photos and film
At Mavic Studio, photography and film go hand in hand. Our photographer can also film, and our certified drone pilot captures the aerial footage. That way we capture your day in photos and a wedding film, without a whole crew walking around. In their reviews, couples mostly describe us as calm, relaxed and well prepared: there at the right moments, without standing out.

Our style
Thanks to our unique combination of film and photography, we are able to capture your wedding day from multiple perspectives. We always aim to preserve genuine feelings, emotions, and moments filled with joy, happiness, and love. With the support of our passionate editors, we are able to offer a fast turnaround, so you won’t have to wait months for the final result.
Our approach
We get to know each other, often via a video call, and hear your wishes. No obligations.
We go through the schedule together: times, locations, group photos and speeches.
From the preparations until just after the start of the party: photos, film and drone, depending on your package.
Within 2–4 weeks you receive all photos and/or the wedding film, digitally and with a digital wedding album. A printed photo album can be added.
Area
From Leiden we photograph and film weddings across the Netherlands: in South and North Holland, Utrecht, North Brabant, Limburg, Zeeland, Gelderland, Overijssel, Flevoland, Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe. Travel costs are always included in the price. Getting married abroad? We’d love to travel with you, as we have done to Paris and London.
